Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Standard contractual architecture governing diagnostic audits, technical scoping, and intellectual property handover.
01. Engagement Terms & Scope
These Terms of Service govern the technical advisory and software engineering diagnostic evaluations performed by Adommo LLC (“Adommo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on behalf of the commissioning entity (“Client”).
The flagship evaluation package, designated as the Diagnostic Audit, comprises a rigorous, closed-ended structural audit completed for a fixed fee of $4,997 USD. The scope includes deep-layer inspection of ticketing systems, webhook pipeline telemetry, middleware sync layers, and database integration integrity.
All Diagnostic Audits are conducted within an immovable 10 business day service level agreement (SLA) commencing immediately upon verified credential handover. Adommo adheres strictly to fixed-scope architectural deliverable standards. We explicitly refuse open-ended, undefined monthly retainers or unbounded hourly consulting structures.
02. Read-Only Access & Security Protocol
Adommo operates under an absolute and non-negotiable Strict Read-Only Policy. During diagnostic discovery and system observation, Adommo will never solicit, accept, nor retain write credentials, master database administrative passwords, or production deployment rights.
Our analysis relies solely on read-only API access tokens, audited replica clones, and scoped observability endpoints. By eliminating production write surfaces, Adommo guarantees zero accidental schema modifications, zero deployment interference, and a zero production downtime guarantee throughout the diagnostic window.
Telemetry ingestion and webhook trace captures are performed via isolated observation sandboxes. Credentials provided by the Client must be revoked or rotated within forty-eight (48) hours following formal delivery of the audit documentation.
03. Complete Intellectual Property Handover
Adommo operates on an absolute work-for-hire philosophy with respect to client infrastructure findings. Upon clearance of the fixed audit fee, full unencumbered ownership of all custom diagnostic deliverables transfers immediately to the Client.
Deliverables transferred include:
- Comprehensive diagnostic architecture evaluation reports (PDF and structured Markdown).
- Engineered schema migration blueprints, database execution plans, and entity relationship diagrams.
- Engineered middleware glue-scripts, transformation functions, and webhook orchestration templates.
- Remediation roadmaps, code-level pull request templates, and performance profiling records.
There is zero proprietary framework lock-in. Adommo retains no lingering licensing liens, royalty expectations, or proprietary source code claims over assets designed specifically for the Client's domain.
04. Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
Enterprise systems inherently expose proprietary operational logic. Both Adommo and Client enter into mutual non-disclosure obligations encompassing all proprietary materials disclosed during discovery and engagement phases.
“Confidential Information” encompasses proprietary business metrics, underlying source code, database architectures, client records, and incident histories. Adommo agrees to maintain industry-standard encrypted storage mechanisms (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) for all documentation and data artifacts.
Confidentiality covenants remain binding for a period of five (5) calendar years from the date of final audit delivery, or indefinitely with regard to trade secrets and source repositories.
05. Fixed Pricing & Payment Terms
All pricing structures offered by Adommo are absolute and transparent. The baseline fee for the Diagnostic Audit is $4,997 USD, due and payable in full prior to kickoff and environment credential inspection.
Payment invoices are processed through secure corporate wire transfer or encrypted payment gateway. Because our diagnostic schedule commits dedicated senior engineering staff to a firm 10-day timeline, fees are non-refundable once environment exploration commences.
Any subsequent remediation engineering, custom middleware implementation, or structural refactoring identified during the diagnostic phase is scoped separately under mutually agreed, capped milestone contracts.
06. Privacy & Data Handling
Adommo adheres strictly to minimal surface data collection. We do not extract, store, sell, or replicate Personally Identifiable Information (PII) residing within Client customer databases or support queues.
During webhook stream inspection and telemetry evaluation, Adommo sanitizes payloads to strip user identities, email addresses, credit card markers, and authentication secrets prior to analysis.
Ephemeral log captures, trace dumps, and staging sandbox logs generated during the diagnostic period are systematically purged and destroyed within fourteen (14) calendar days following audit completion and acceptance.
07. Corporate Entity & Jurisdiction
This website, along with all consultancy contracts, diagnostic undertakings, and intellectual agreements, is operated and owned by Adommo LLC, a limited liability company duly organized and registered under the statutory laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
