Our Commitment
Adommo LLC is committed to responsible communication practices. We do not send unsolicited commercial messages and comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and applicable EU electronic communication regulations.
What We Will Never Do
- Send unsolicited emails or messages without prior consent or an existing business relationship.
- Purchase, rent, or use third-party email lists for marketing purposes.
- Use deceptive subject lines or misleading header information.
- Share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Send communications without a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism.
Opt-Out Mechanisms
All marketing or informational emails from Adommo include a clear unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days. Transactional emails related to active engagements (invoices, audit updates, credential requests) are exempt from opt-out as they are necessary for service delivery.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received an unsolicited message from Adommo or from someone impersonating Adommo, please report it to [email protected] with the subject “Spam Report”. We will investigate promptly.
