Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Adommo services to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data beyond the agreed scope.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with system operations.
• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Adommo deliverables to third parties without written consent.
• Misrepresent Adommo as an employee or permanent team member of your organization.
• Use credentials provided for audit purposes for any purpose other than the agreed diagnostic scope.

Service Limits

Monthly retainer hours are subject to fair-use provisions. Activities requiring sustained effort beyond the allocated monthly hours will be scoped and billed separately under a mutually agreed change order.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of services. Adommo reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
