Refund Policy

Diagnostic Audit ($4,997)

Before credential handover — Full refund available within 48 hours of payment if no work has commenced.
After work commences — Non-refundable. Our diagnostic schedule commits dedicated senior engineering staff to a firm 10-day timeline upon environment access.
Quality guarantee — If the audit report does not cover the agreed scope, we will extend the engagement at no additional cost until all deliverables are complete.

Monthly Service Packages

Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Downgrade — Tier downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Unused hours — Monthly hours do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed invoice. We will work to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled per the jurisdiction terms in our Terms of Service.

Partial Credit

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended Adommo-side delays), partial credits may be applied at Adommo's discretion toward future services. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months from issuance.
